At The Observartory, we take great pride in the quality of the images we deliver to our clients. We carefully inspect prints and other products before shipment. In the case an order is lost or damaged in shipment, the replacement will be a
duplicate of the original order. Please contact us immediately if you are not satisified with the quality of your prints.
We ask that in the ordering process you are mindful of print sizes, image cropping, border options, and special toning finishes (i.e., black and white, sepia, etc.) that you select. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on these selections.
